Attorney Bio

Attorney Ruth Anna Elmahdi is the Founder and Managing Partner of the Elmahdi Law Firm. Mrs. Elmahdi graduated from the University of Guyana in 2009. Her desire to further her legal education and experience a different culture led her to move to the United States, where she pursued and obtained a Juris Doctor from Emory University School of Law and a Master of Laws from the University of Georgia School of Law.

Before opening and managing her own firm, Mrs. Elmahdi held positions at a full-service immigration firm and a mid-size personal injury practice, both here in Atlanta. Through her professional experiences, Mrs. Elmahdi was able to diversify her legal knowledge and now provides legal services to clients in multiple practice areas, including personal injury and immigration law.
